My Story

Creating launchpads for Entrepreneurs, Solopreneurs, and Midsized Companies is my happy space. Through my 25+ years of experience as a sales professional, marketer and entrepreneur, I have launched 6 new businesses, 12 new verticals, and 14 new products and services across 7 countries.

 

Working with diverse cultures, industries, and products, I understand that a great customer experience is the best marketing and sales strategy for a brand. It also impacts the company's profitability by boosting referrals and reducing lead acquisition costs.

 

Being a sales and marketer for almost 2 decades has given me a deep understanding of Channel Management, Channel Development, Alliance and Partnership, Urban and Rural Network Management, New Business Development, Recruitment, Business Unit Operations, Revenue Generation, Key Account  Management, Customer Behaviour, Sales Processes and Buying psychology. This comes handy in my work, as I assess the customer journey of my clients and recommend simple yet effective solutions.

 

I am passionate about speaking and nurturing aspiring speakers. I'm a proud and long-standing member of the ISTD, NIPM, CPC and NHRD. Since 2018, I have trained more than 2 Lakh individuals across 35 countries.

 

When I take the stage, I ensure that my audience takes back actionable ideas that can be implemented immediately. I keep them engaged with relatable stories, relevant examples and quirky metaphors – garnished with a sprinkle of humour.

I’m a conversationalist. A voracious reader. A blog writer. A dirt driving enthusiast. A Foodie. A movie & documentary buff who is glued to the big screen every Sunday.
